Thanks to the digital function, you can easily choose your preferred temperature setting between 50-100 °C. A temperature of 100°C is mostly used to make tea, but there are different teas where you prefer to use 90°C or 70°C hot water. For example, for green tea you prefer to use hot water at 70-80ºC.
